Meet Callum - All the way from Scotland. Boxing is at the core of Callum’s journey as a coach and athlete. Glasgow born, Callum is a boxing coach and personal trainer with over five years of experience, and a strong competitive background in the sport. He has competed in eight boxing fights, achieving an impressive record of seven wins and one loss. Those experiences in the ring have shaped his coaching style, giving him a deep understanding of discipline, conditioning, technique, and mental toughness. Callum has trained people of all ages and abilities in boxing, from complete beginners looking for a challenging and engaging way to get fit, to individuals with ambitions to step into the ring and compete. His passion lies in teaching proper boxing skills while also using the sport as a powerful tool for building confidence, resilience, and peak physical fitness. Alongside boxing, Callum has spent years coaching clients across a wide range of fitness goals. He has worked with people new to training as well as those already in good shape who want to push themselves further or prepare for specific events. His approach focuses on structured progression, accountability, and long‑term results. One of Callum’s proudest achievements as a coach was working with his client Ewan. Over the space of 18 months, Ewan transformed his life, reducing his weight from approximately 135kg to 84kg and going on to compete in a HYROX event. This journey reflects Callum’s ability to combine boxing, conditioning, and mindset coaching to create lasting change.
